New Zealanders are feeling more confident about housing – ASB
The bank says overall confidence in the housing market remains lower, however.

New Zealanders are feeling more positive about the housing market but aren't expecting a swift recovery, ASB's latest Housing Confidence Survey shows. It indicated 24% of respondents expect gains compared with 13% in the prior quarter and a net 20% of respondents believe it’s now a good time to buy, a significant jump from 8% last quarter.However, while more people shifted their opinion from it being a “bad” to a “good” time to buy this survey round, 48% remain undecided.  Aucklanders, who had pre...
