The New Zealand wing of collapsed marketing services group GrowthOps went bust, owing more than $4.3 million in inter-company loans. Kare Johnstone and Andrew Grenfell of McGrathNicoll were appointed to liquidate GrowthOps APD NZ on Sept 15 by special resolution of the sole shareholder.The company was one of 23 subsidiaries of GrowthOps, a formerly listed Australian company that was placed in voluntary administration in March.The first liquidator's report, released on Monday, disclosed $4.3m in net liabilities, almost all of which...
