NZIER modelling points to 100% business pessimism

Just how bad is business confidence? It’s bad, and it’s far from over.The latest quarterly survey of business opinion by the New Zealand Institute of Economic Research included comments only up to March 20, six days before the national covid-19 lockdown kicked in.
