Alvarium Wealth Management Holdings' acquisition of Salt Funds Management marks the latest sector consolidation amid the first signs of economic recovery in New Zealand, a party to the deal says.The cash-and-shares consideration saw Alvarium acquire all of Salt for an undisclosed amount.
