Gas supply remains tight as the Electricity Authority seeks more information about gas and coal supply ahead of what could be a tight winter.Last year, a report commissioned by sector regulator the Gas Industry Company (GIC) warned that gas supply would soon not meet demand without imported fuel or a significant domestic gas discovery.
