A two-day talkfest about offshore and renewable energy that convened in New Plymouth's Devon Hotel was a sellout.The March 8-9 Offshore Renewable Energy Forum, run by Ara Ake (New Zealand's new national energy centre) and Venture Taranaki, was attended by 180 people, with another 20-plus on Zoom from various parts of the world.The first such forum in 2020 attracted 80 people.
