ANZ Banking Group has confirmed it is in talks with an American global investment company about a potential acquisition of bookkeeping software firm MYOB.In response to “market speculation” – thanks to The Australian Financial Review breaking the news that ANZ Bank was seeking out MYOB in June – the bank said today it was in discussion with US alternative asset firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) about buying the KKR-owned MYOB.However, ANZ Bank said it had yet to reach an agreement and there was “no certainty&rdquo...
