The Bank of New Zealand won't appeal an Employment Relations Authority (ERA) determination that found it mistreated a whistleblower.  The case is going back for further hearings as the parties couldn't agree on conditions for a common ground meeting that could lead to a settlement. The ERA found in June that the bank mistreated Melissa Bowen and tried to improperly fire her after she blew the whistle. The time period for an appeal of that decision has now expired.BNZ said in a statement it successfully defended five of ei...
