Global investment firm Carlyle Group has hired HRL Morrison & Co's Geoff Hutchinson to lead its private equity business in Australia and New Zealand. Hutchinson only joined the NZ-based investment firm in December last year, after spending 14 years at Pacific Equity Partners, where he led the Australasian business alongside Morrison & Co veteran Peter Coman.
