Peter Harris made his first appearance in the High Court at Auckland over criminal charges he is facing in relation to the collapse of insurer CBL Corp. The criminal case has been moved to the High Court at Auckland where he and a co-defendant stood in the dock today. The case was shifted to the High Court by the consent of all parties because the case is complex and is in the public interest. Harris and the co-defendant – who has name suppression - are both on bail. Today Justice Sally Fitzgerald extended bail conditions until trial....
