The New Zealand and Australian arms of Ernst & Young (EY) have acquired NZ-based technology services provider Red Moki.Red Moki works as a ServiceNow platform – a model providing products using SaaS cloud-computing software – and has operations spanning Australia, NZ and India in sectors including government, financial services, telecommunications and consumer.According to the companies register, Red Moki was founded in 2017, with just over half the company owned by John Hanna.The sale price was not disclosed.EY New Zealand tech...
