Final bids for 70 hectares of land overlooking Arrowtown are due this afternoon in the mortgagee sale of property owned by George Kerr’s Glencoe Land Joint Ventures.The two titles in the Crown Terrace are owned by the Kerr-controlled entity, but the sale is being forced by the Bank of New Zealand which appointed Neale Jackson and Natalie Burrett of Calibre Partners as receivers of the firm’s assets.Colliers International is marketing the 64.7 hectare and 9.5 ha lots either separately or as a pair, with the tender closing at 4pm toda...
