A High Court judge has given finance firm NF Global weeks to pay creditors or the company will be liquidated. Four creditors claiming $16.8 million went to the High Court at Auckland last month to tip the Princes Street based company into liquidation. The parties are Israeli businessman Michael Arjang, the former owner of the Leeds United Football team Eleonora Sport, Hong Kong fintech Sky Capital and Romanian coal company LD Drago. According to a judgment of associate judge Roger Bell issued on Friday, Arjang claims he is owed &...
