Five more international creditors emerged to support the liquidation of payments company NF Global as associate judge Roger Bell moved the firm into PwC’s control today.Associate judge Bell, faced with another $9 million in creditors’ claims, said the company was obviously insolvent and mostly addressed lawyers costs at a hearing in the high court at Auckland this morning.The person listed on Companies Office as NF Global’s sole director, Claude Oberto, came to court saying he was no longer the director of the payments company...
