NZ small businesses bounced back in October

Sales through small businesses nationwide rose 6.4% in October compared with the same month a year earlier following two successive months of sales declines, according to data provided by Xero.New Zealand's largest city, Auckland, led the October turnaround with sales growth of 6.7% in the month following September's sharp 20.7% decline – the city moved to alert level 3 on Sept 21 after being in level 4 since mid-August.Most industries had a strong bounce-back in sales, led by construction, up 10.4% year-on-year, manufacturing, up...
