Porirua money-go-round leaves investors out of pocket

Investors in an unregistered Porirua investment firm face substantial losses, with the liquidator saying it doesn't appear any actual investments were made. The dozen or so investors were enticed by the prospect of "good returns" by Options Trading and Investments NZ and told it invested in gold, oil and other commodities.
