Radius raises full $30m sought in placement

Radius Residential Care raised the full $30 million it sought from institutions and other professional investors, including share broker Forsyth Barr, with the per-share price set at 52 cents, 2c above the floor.Radius had been seeking at least $23m, and that amount was underwritten, but had made allowance for up to $7m of over-subscriptions.The placement price compares with the last traded price before the capital raising of 89c, valuing the company at $157.1m."We are very pleased with the strong support from the investment community and,...
