The Reserve Bank isn't concerned mortgage interest rates are moving faster than wholesale rates, assistant governor Christian Hawkesby told a KangaNews conference on the New Zealand debt markets."We think mortgage rates are moving in line with their drivers, which are more than just swap rates.
