The New Zealand Shareholders Association believes moving Geneva Finance from the NZX Main Board to the Unlisted Securities Exchange wouldn’t be in the interests of minority shareholders.In a statement released on Wednesday, the NZ Shareholders Association (NZSA) said Geneva Finance Limited (GFL) had a poor track record on governance, including being fined twice for breaching NZX listing rules.The association said any additional compliance and governance costs associated with being listed on the NZX were an “insurance premium as rega...
