An entrepreneur and company founder who claimed to be selling a business for $10 million this year has been adjudicated bankrupt in New Zealand after a prolonged dispute with his former landlord.Ashutosh Sharma told BusinessDesk that technology issues prevented him from appearing virtually at the hearing in the High Court at Auckland on Aug 22 (a claim the presiding Associate Judge found questionable) and that he intended to appeal the decision.
