New research has put a spotlight on the “unusual” volume of changes to the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act over time. Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Scott Simpson this week confirmed the select committee responsible for ushering in the latest instalment is due to report its recommendations on Oct 20.
