Updated 4PM: Analysts at Forsyth Barr said on Friday the chances of the Contact takeover of Manawa going through were 50/50 after the Commerce Commission expressed concerns. Andrew Harvey-Green and Hugh Lockwood said in a note they were downgrading their rating of Manawa from outperform to neutral and slashing their target price by 4.2% to $6.15. Shares in the renewable energy retailer fell throughout the first day of trading since the competition regulator outlined some initial concerns ahead of the Waitangi Day holiday. &l...
