UPDATED 10PM:CrowdStrike chief executive George Kurtz says “a fix has been deployed” for a major issue with their software which has brought down computers across the world causing disruptions to airlines, banks, public transport, payment systems, and other businesses.On Friday evening Kurtz posted on X that CrowdStrike was “actively” working with customers on the issue.He said the issue was “a defect found in a single content update for Windows hosts”.Kurtz said Mac and Linux hosts were not impacted.“T...
