In what may be the largest philanthropic donation by an individual in modern New Zealand history, Wellington property developer Mark Dunajtschik intends for the bulk of his estate to be managed by the Nikau Foundation.Nikau, a community foundation for the Greater Wellington area, announced it would be the sole trustee of The Mark Dunajtschik Foundation in a statement on Wednesday.Dunajtschik, who was made a knight for his services to philanthropy, said he and his partner Dorothy Spotswood wanted to make sure their good fortune was passed on to...
