Fletcher Building director Tilbrook steps down, citing other commitments

By Tina Morrison Nov. 13 (BusinessDesk) - Fletcher Building director Gene Tilbrook will step down from the board of New Zealand's largest listed company in the first quarter of 2015 because of other commitments. Tilbrook, who has been with the company since 2009, will also retire from his directorship of subsidiary Fletcher Building Industries, the Auckland-based company said in a statement.
