Fletcher Building names Charles Bolt as general counsel, replacing Farrell

Aug. 26 (BusinessDesk) - Fletcher Building, the biggest company on the NZX 50 Index, has tapped the head of its legal department as general counsel to replace Martin Farrell, who leaves the group after 33 years including 13 in his current role. Bolt will take over from Farrell as general counsel and company secretary after the annual shareholders’ meeting in October.
