NZ-based Kami acquires UK education platform Book Creator

New Zealand-based educational tech business Kami is purchasing UK company Book Creator for an undisclosed sum.The deal, announced on Sept 17, is not expected to face any UK regulatory hurdles, co-founder and chief executive officer Hengjie Wang said.The announcement comes 12 months after US-based Boston Ventures Investment Partners made a major investment in Kami, becoming the majority shareholder in the process.Kami provides a cloud-based digital education platform.
