A former EY auditor who admitted to negligence in relation to Fuji Xerox will keep his name suppression.He will also receive some of his costs from the professional conduct committee (PCC) which pursued him, decisions made public today reveal.Negligence proceedings were taken against the former auditor following a series of articles published in NBR from September 2016 which revealed New Zealand’s Fuji Xerox subsidiary had been using “creative” accounting methods.They included incorrectly reporting third party settlements, rec...
