New Zealand fund managers have shown very mixed performances in making profits for their owners in 2024.That’s taking a step aside from how the funds they manage are performing, something of far more interest to their customers.A look at the 2024 financial statements of 10 New Zealand-based fund managers shows Milford Funds generated the biggest profit attributable to shareholders, at $19.5 million, a 72% increase on its 2023 profits.That was followed by Jarden with a 2024 profit of $17.2m, then PIE Funds with $8.9m.Devon Finance was numb...
