Former ad man Geoff Ross founded 42Below before Moa, which became Savor earlier this year.

Geoff Ross will stand down from the board of Savor, the NZX-listed company formerly known as Moa Group.Ross is currently chair of the beer company turned restaurant owner, and has indicated he will retire in May. A new chair has not yet been appointed.  Savor made the announcement today as it finalised a $6m capital raise to fund the acquisition of several Hip Group restaurant brands, including Amano.As part of the rights issue the Cushing Family has upped its stake in the company, held through H&G Group, by 10.13% to 12.2%.Also resign...
