New Zealand universities are gearing up for a massive communications and logistical exercise if the government relaxes the ban on mainland Chinese students travelling here to study.Some 6,500 Chinese students, from a total of around 12,600, are stuck in China because of the covid-19 outbreak, which has seen all foreign travellers from China banned from entering the country since Feb. 2.The ban is causing havoc to the finances of New Zealand universities and other education providers, but 10 days of intense negotiations with government agencies...
