Green Cross acquisitions drive 18% lift in annual profit

Net profit attributable to shareholders rose to $17 million, or 12.53 cents per share, in the 12 months ended March 31, from $14.4 million, or 10.88 cents, a year earlier, the Auckland-based company said in a statement.
