Nov. 12 (BusinessDesk) - The Royal Forest & Bird Protection Society won’t appeal an Environment Court ruling signing off on a planned coal mine for the West Coast’s Denniston Plateau after cutting a deal with mining company Bathurst Resources yesterday.
