Christchurch City Holdings (CCHL) has appointed KPMG and Mafic as its principal advisers for a business case looking at options for council-owned assets.Last December, Christchurch City Council agreed to look at how it could rebalance its investment portfolio.The council has the largest investment portfolio of any council in New Zealand, controlling six trading companies, including the airport and port, through its commercial holding arm CCHL.The vote to pursue further options, to be considered as part of the next long-term plan, came about fol...
