Auckland International Airport shares are in a trading halt this morning ahead of a $1.4 billion capital raising, $1.2b of which will be by institutional placement and $200 million to existing retail shareholders.Shares are being issued at a fixed price of $6.95 apiece, with a bookbuild under way and expected to be complete by Wednesday at the latest.The shares closed at $7.54 last Friday in trading on the NZX, having traded as high as $8.80 in the past year. The placement is being conducted by Jarden Securities, Jarden Partners and Macqua...
