Downer wins A$330m Telstra contract

Downer EDI has won another major contract from Telstra Corporation, worth A$330 million over five years.The contact for telecommunications networks begins this month with an initial four-year term, a statement to the NZX said.The deal is for services including building upgrades, network assets relocations and 5G mobile roll-out. It is to be delivered across New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and the Northern Territory.Downer has been a partner of Telstra for more than a decade.
