Any mention of Amazon elbowing its way into a market usually sets alarm bells ringing for incumbents in that market.But pharmaceuticals wholesaler and distributor Ebos' chief executive is sanguine about the news that the American company had registered the "Amazon Pharmacy" brand in Australia early this year."We recognise that if Amazon wants to enter into the industry, that's a potential market risk we face," Ebos' John Cullity told analysts on a conference call.Ebos distributes pharmaceuticals and other medical supplies to institutions such a...
