Fletcher profit down 8%; Rocla for sale

Fletcher Building said first-half net profit fell 8 percent on Australian restructuring costs and as its markets in Australia contracted.Net profit fell to $82 million for the six months ended December compared with $89 million in the same six months a year earlier.
