Infratil has reached a deal to give it a majority stake in a combined Pacific Radiology and Auckland Radiology business and will contribute between $30 million and $60 million to create the joint venture.The infrastructure investor bought a 53.5% of Pacific Radiology in May for $313.6m.Auckland Radiology is the largest private radiology provider in Auckland and operates 15 "strategically located" clinics in the greater Auckland area and employs 32 radiologists, Infratil said.The deal with Auckland Radiology will see the doctors and ma...
