Infratil considers sale of $968m Tilt holding

Infratil is reviewing its 65.5 percent holding in Tilt Renewables after being approached by several potential buyers.The Melbourne-based developer of wind, solar and battery projects has a “significant pipeline” of projects and a team with a proven ability to deliver them, Infratil chief executive Marko Bogoievski said.“We continue to be highly supportive of Tilt and its management team, however, the strong interest in Tilt has tipped the balance in favour of initiating the strategic review,” he said in a statement on th...
