Fletcher Building has appointed James Miller to its board as an independent director at a yet to be confirmed date.Miller is chair of Channel Infrastructure and has a strong track record, according to the acting chair of the building materials firm. Fletcher has had a difficult year marked by losses, faulty pipe products, and departures in its board and senior management team.Miller will also join the board of Fletcher Building Industries.He intends to join the boards of both companies as soon as practicable after adjusting his current boa...
