Transport agency Waka Kotahi is refusing to release a review of the $7.4 billion Let’s Get Wellington Moving (LGWM) programme.Between Feb 20 and 24, members of the review team conducted onsite interviews and analysed documents for a "stage zero" gateway review.The gateway process is overseen by Treasury and assesses a programme against its objectives, increasing confidence it can successfully move on to the next stage and identify early any areas that might need to be corrected.A 2021 health check of Let’s Get Wellington M...
