HRL Morrison & Co said it has appointed Kate Mingay as a non-executive director effective immediately as it looks to grow in Britain and Europe.Mingay currently holds advisory roles with Ofgem, Britain's gas and electricity markets regulator, and Britain's Civil Aviation Authority and is also an independent director on the board of Wessex Water and a trustee of the British Science Foundation.Morrison & Co said she has three decades of commercial and regulatory experience in both the private and public infrastructure sectors.
