OMV has an international crew in isolation in Auckland so that critical pipeline inspections and maintenance can be completed to ensure gas supplies going into winter.About 80 specialist divers, engineers and crew have been working from the Normand Baltic off the Taranaki coast since early March inspecting the seafloor pipeline from the Pohokura platform.But the 45-day programme was put at risk when the border was shut March 19, potentially preventing a mid-April crew change.OMV said quick work by Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment...
