One of the first applicants to make use of the fast-track consenting pathway has had to reapply because of a lack of information about little blue penguins.Port of Auckland (POAL) had its project to construct a new 330m wharf at the end of the existing Bledisloe terminal and to extend a wharf at the Fergusson container terminal by 45m scheduled in the Fast-track Approvals Act last year.The 149 projects scheduled in the act are considered regionally or nationally significant.POAL submitted its substantive application for the project, which will...
