Rangitira Developments is persisting with efforts to progress the Te Kuha coal development near Westport despite another unfavourable court ruling.  The Supreme Court yesterday confirmed an earlier Court of Appeal decision which had restricted the factors Buller District Council could consider when deciding whether to grant the miner access to reserve land near the town.
