Tainui Group is teaming up with Brookfield Asset Management to accelerate the development of the Ruakura Superhub in Hamilton. On Friday, Tainui Group said the joint venture aims to “supercharge the development” of the logistics and industrial precinct, starting by purchasing four existing buildings.  These buildings – tenanted by Kmart, Big Chill, Refrigafreighters, and PBT Express – are on long-term ground leases. Brookfield is a global investment firm with over US$1 trillion (NZ$1.72t) of assets under m...
