Alliance Group has returned to profitability, as it prepares itself for a new majority owner in the coming weeks.The result turns the page on two years of large losses for the processor, which had to find more than $250 million in new capital in order to repay its banking syndicate.For the 12 months to the end of September, it reported a net profit before tax of $24.6m  –  just above guidance for $22m and $24m provided by the company at its special meeting.Revenue was $2.1 billion for the 12-month period.The 2025 result com...
