Tilt Renewables to return A$260m to shareholders in buyback

Tilt Renewables will return A$260 million to shareholders via a pro-rata buyback at a time when other companies are asking for more capital. The renewable energy developer is flush with cash, having sold its Snowtown 2 wind farm in December, when it pocketed A$455 million.
