Minister for Rail Winston Peters has appointed BusinessNZ chief executive Katherine Rich and mariner Captain Iain MacLeod as directors to the company set up to manage the procurement of new Cook Strait ferries.Ferry Holdings Limited, a Schedule 4a entity under the Public Finance Act, was incorporated on March 5 after Peters and Finance Minister Nicola Willis confirmed it was being established at a joint press conference last December.Peters announced in February that Chris Mackenzie, a former adviser to Michael Cullen who led negotiations to bu...
